3. We may revise this Policy from time to time in accordance with legal requirements or business needs. If there are major changes to this Policy, we will show you the changed content through prominent position prompts, push notifications or messages after the version is updated. Unless otherwise agreed, the terms used in this policy generally have the following definitions:
1. Personal information (from the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China"): Personal information is various information related to an identified or identifiable natural person recorded electronically or otherwise, excluding information after anonymization. Unique device identifier (unique ID or UUID): refers to a string of characters encoded into a device by the device manufacturer, which can be used to uniquely identify the corresponding device (such as IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI information, etc.). 10. De-identification: refers to the process of technically processing personal information so that it cannot be identified or associated with the subject of personal information without the help of additional information.
11. Server logs: Generally, our servers automatically record the web page requests you make when you visit the website. These server logs usually include your network request details, Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and language, specific date and time of the request, and one or more cookies used to uniquely identify your browser.

 

4. How we collect and use your personal information

1. In accordance with laws and regulations, we follow the following principles when collecting and using personal information: the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity, ensuring that the purpose of information collection and use is clear, obtaining the explicit consent of the information subject, collecting only the minimum scope of information necessary to achieve the purpose, and taking measures to ensure information security, while following the principle of openness and transparency. 2.1 Information required for the core business functions of our products and/or services: This information is necessary for the normal operation of the products and/or services, and you must authorize us to collect and use it. If you refuse to authorize or provide relevant information, you will not be able to use our products or services.
2.2 Information that may need to be collected for additional business functions: This information is required for additional business functions, and you can choose whether to authorize us to collect and use it. If you choose not to authorize or provide relevant information, some additional business functions may not achieve the expected results, but please rest assured that this will not affect your normal use of core business functions.
2.3 To ensure the normal operation of the product and provide you with better product functions, we will apply for permissions such as address book, location, camera, etc. when you use specific functions or services. The above permissions will not be enabled by default. They will only be used when implementing specific functions or services after your explicit authorization. You can also withdraw the authorization. Special reminder, even if you have authorized us to obtain sensitive permissions, we will only collect your information when the relevant functions or services require it, and will never collect it without reason. 3. We need to remind you in particular: You understand and agree that we hope to provide you with products and/or services that are more perfect, so we will continue to improve our products and services. Therefore, we may frequently launch new business functions, and may need to collect new personal information or change the purpose or method of using personal information. According to the privacy policy update prompt, we will explain the purpose, content, use method and scope of information collection to you separately through page prompts, pop-ups, website announcements, etc. after updating this policy, and ensure that information collection will only be carried out after obtaining your explicit consent.
4. Generally, we will collect and use your personal information in the following scenarios:
4.1 Account registration, login, authentication
4.1.1. Account registration, login
When you register and/or log in to your Deepvibe account, we provide a login method to help you complete the registration and/or login:
4.1.1.1 When you choose "Log in with email address", with your consent, your email service provider (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) will send your email address to us based on cooperation, so that we can provide you with a quick login service; you need to understand that the email address is your personal sensitive information. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to register and/or log in to your account through one-click login and use related products and/or service functions, but it will not affect your registration and/or login to your account through other methods, nor will it affect the use of other functions.
4.1.2 Information completion
After you complete the product account registration, you can decide whether to complete your gender, age, nickname, education, avatar, birthday, height, location, school, occupation, hometown, personality tags and other network identity identification information. Gender and age are information necessary for using the basic functions of Deepvibe products (we will provide gender matching services based on gender; we will refuse to provide services to minors based on age). If you refuse to provide them, you will not be able to use our products and functions. For other information, if you complete the information, it will help us provide you with better services and experience (such as getting better matching recommendations), but if you do not provide the above information, it will not affect the basic functions of the product.
4.1.3 Real-name Authentication
According to the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws and regulations, when you use our real-name authentication function or specific services, you must provide real identity information (including real name and ID number) to complete identity verification and real-name authentication. This information is personal sensitive information. You can refuse to provide it. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to obtain related services, but it will not affect the normal use of other products and/or services.
4.2 Personalized recommendation
4.2.1 Types of information collected
In order to better recommend users of the opposite sex and square information to you, we will collect and use the following information:
4.2.11 Public information that you actively fill in and publish (for example: age, education, gender, occupation, income, etc.)
4.2.1.2 Geographic location information after obtaining your explicit consent.
Geographic location information: including precise geographic location information obtained through GPS information, Bluetooth, etc. and approximate geographic location information obtained through network location information (such as base stations, IP and WLAN). Precise geographic location information is personal sensitive information. If you refuse to provide it, we will not recommend information to you based on the precise geographic location information, and it will not affect the normal use of other product functions. We will combine the above information with information from our other services, and use algorithms to analyze features and preferences to recommend, display or push specific users, pictures, texts, audio and video information that you may be interested in, or push specific functions or services that are more suitable for you:
4.2.2.1 Display and recommend users of the opposite sex near you on the Deepvibe recommendation page.
4.2.2.2 Recommend information dynamics in your city to you according to popularity and release date on the square page;
we have de-identified the above information when collecting and using it, and the data analysis only corresponds to specific codes that cannot be directly associated with the user's identity, and cannot be associated with your real identity. If you do not agree to authorize or refuse us to obtain the above information, you can turn it off in "Me-Settings-Privacy Settings-Personalized Recommendations". After turning it off, you will not be able to obtain personalized recommended information, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product.
4.3 Content publishing function
4.3.1 Upload dynamics, avatars, photos
When you upload avatars or photos, publish dynamics, including posting text, pictures, voice, and short videos, you need to enable camera, recording, album, and storage permissions accordingly. At the same time, you can also enable/cancel this permission at any time through the relevant function settings of your device. When you cancel this authorization, we can no longer provide you with the above corresponding services. The dynamic photos, texts, short videos, comments, and likes you upload will be stored in our servers because storage is necessary to achieve this function. We will store them in an encrypted manner, and you can also delete this information at any time. According to the requirements of the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws and regulations, unless you choose to do so or comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, we will not provide the above dynamic information to the outside world or use it for other purposes other than this function.
4.3.2 Special Tips: The information you publicly publish may involve your or others' personal information or even personal sensitive information. If you choose to upload pictures containing personal sensitive information when posting dynamics, please consider carefully whether to share or even publicly share relevant information when using our services. We recommend that you do not upload photos and other personal information of minors at home or other minors.
4.4 Follow friends and friend management function
4.4.1 You can choose to establish a follow (friend) relationship with people you are interested in or share information with other third parties through the functional components we provide. We will collect service log information including your follow relationship and sharing history to achieve the above functions. If you refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product and/or service;
4.4.2 You can add or delete friends in our products. To help you achieve this function, we will create a friend list information. The friend list is necessary information for establishing and managing friend relationships.
4.5 Customer Service
4.5.1 You can make complaints, appeals or inquiries to customer service. For the security of your account and system, we need you to provide account information and match it with your previous personal information to verify your user identity. At the same time, we may also need you to provide personal information such as your real name, email and other contact information so that we can promptly feedback the results of complaints, appeals or inquiries to you;
4.5.2 In order to ensure that we can accurately collect and meet your needs, we will follow the customer information collection and use specifications to collect information including but not limited to text, pictures, audio and video, call records, and other necessary information related to your needs. We collect the above information to investigate the facts and help you solve problems. If you refuse to provide it, we may not be able to promptly feedback the results of complaints, appeals or inquiries to you.
4.6 Your personal information collected indirectly from third parties
4.6.1 According to the provisions of the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", you understand and know that we cannot obtain the personal information you provide to external third parties (except Deepvibe affiliates) or your personal information collected by external third parties, and we will not use unconventional methods (such as malicious interference with the other party's series of APP data) to obtain your personal information without authorization through software programs. We may need to indirectly collect (such as sharing, etc.) your personal information from third parties due to business development needs, and we directly or jointly provide you with products or services. Before collection, we (or third parties) will clearly inform you of the source, type, purpose, method of use, business functions used for your shared personal information, and the scope of authorization and consent (if the method and scope of use exceed the original authorization scope of you from the third party, we will obtain your authorization and consent again);
4.6.3 We will strengthen the security of the above personal information (including sensitive information reporting, encrypted storage of sensitive information, access control, etc.). We will protect the indirectly obtained personal information with protection means and measures that are no less than those we use for our own users' personal information.
4.7 Provide you with security features to ensure that you can use products/services more safely.
In order to provide you with safer and more reliable products and usage environment, protect the personal and property safety of you or other users or the public from network attacks/intrusions, online fraud, phishing websites, website vulnerabilities, computer viruses and other security risks, better prevent and identify violations of laws and regulations and Deepvibe platform rules, and provide high-quality and reliable services and information, we will collect information about the products or services you use and how you use them and associate or integrate this information. This information includes:
4.7.1 Device information: We will receive and record the device model, operating system version, device identification code (including IMEI/Android ID/Device_ID/IDFV/OAID/SN ID/MEID, SIM card phone number, IMSI), network device hardware address, MAC and other software and hardware feature information, device application installation list, and device location information (such as IP address, WLAN access point, Bluetooth, base station, geographic location information) based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use. Please note that this information is the basic information we collect to provide services and ensure the normal operation of the product;
please be aware that in order to ensure your normal use of this product, improve product experience, conduct bug analysis, anti-black production and other security protection work and protect your account security, when you switch this product to the background or in silent state, we will collect your device information, such as androidId, wifiMac address, wifi name, MAC address, MEID, IMEI or OAID, brand, system version and latitude and longitude information.
4.7.2 Log information: When you use the products or services provided by our website or client, we will automatically collect your detailed use of our products or services and save them as relevant network logs. (For example, your search query content, IP address, browser type, telecom operator, etc.);
4.7.3 Please note that separate device information, log information, etc. are information that cannot identify the identity of a specific natural person, so separate device information and log information are not "personal information" referred to in this policy. According to Article 4 of the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", personal information refers to various information related to identified or identifiable natural persons recorded electronically or otherwise. When processing personal information, we comply with the provisions of Article 10 and shall not illegally collect, use, process, or transmit other people's personal information. If non-personal information is used in combination with personal information and is used to identify a specific natural person, then during the period of combined use, the non-personal information will be deemed as personal information, and unless otherwise authorized by you or required by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify this information.
4.7.4 Other information: In order to prevent malicious programs and for security operations, we will legally, legitimately, and necessarily collect information about installed applications or running processes, the overall operation, usage and frequency of applications, overall installation and usage, performance data, and application sources in accordance with Article 1032 of the Civil Code and the Data Security Law. 4.9 Personal information that is exempted from obtaining consent for collection and use in accordance with the

4.9.2 Directly related to national security and national defense security;

5. How do we share, transfer, and publicly disclose personal information?

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information. Your personal information is an important basis and component for us to provide you with products and/or services. We only collect and use your personal information in accordance with the purpose and scope stated in this policy, or in compliance with the provisions of laws and regulations, while ensuring the strict confidentiality of the information. We generally do not share your personal information with any external entity except in specific circumstances. These specific circumstances include:

1.5 In order to enhance the scientific research capabilities in related fields and promote the level of scientific and technological development, we may share de-identified or anonymized data with research institutes, universities and other institutions under the premise of ensuring data security and legitimate purposes;
1.6 In order to provide you with more complete and higher-quality products and services, some of our services will be provided by authorized partners. Under the premise of complying with the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China" and the "Personal Information Protection Law" and other relevant laws and regulations, we may share some of your personal information with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. We will respond to your complaint and report within 15 days after verification. We reserve the right to refuse to process requests that are repetitive and unfounded, may infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are extremely unrealistic.
7. In the following circumstances, we will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations:

12. Automatic startup and associated startup instructions

1.
